Turkey Burgers

These were very tasty turkey burgers that were not tough or dry. They swelled a little as they fried so I’m guessing the panko was holding onto the juices released by cooking. Using mayo and panko in your turkey burgers seems to be a great idea!

As for the pickled cranberries: I couldn’t find fresh or frozen cranberries and ended up using some from a can. Canning and then boiling destroyed them, leaving them crushed and runny. As a topping they were too sloppy for a burger.

Tasted good tho.
